This policy describes the technologies currently used by Herens, their purposes, duration and consent rules. Essential mechanisms remain active; optional categories start only after your choice.

What can be enabled?
Essential: security, core operation and remembering consent. Always active.
Functional: embedded Google appointment scheduling.
Analytics: pseudonymous measurement of useful content and journey stages.
Marketing: reserved for documented campaign tools; no advertising or remarketing scripts are active at the policy date.
How do choices work?
Optional technologies are blocked until the relevant category is selected. Consent is voluntary, specific and withdrawable. Scrolling, inactivity or closing the panel does not constitute consent.
Open the cookie icon or choose “Cookie settings” in the footer at any time. Rejecting optional categories does not block core content or direct contact.
Infrastructure and control.
Vercel and Neon may process technical data needed for hosting and storage. Google receives data only when its booking service is used. AI Concierge is described separately in the Privacy Policy.
Where cookie-related identifiers are personal data, GDPR rights apply. Contact hello@herens.pl or complain to the Polish supervisory authority.
Common questions.
Must I accept every category?
No. Reject all optional technologies or enable individual categories. Core content remains available.
What if I decline Google Calendar?
The embed stays blocked, but a normal direct link to Google booking remains available.
Are diagnosis answers sent to analytics?
No. Analytics records a journey stage, not answers, messages, email addresses or form content.
